Morning drop off is as early as 8:30am and afternoon pick up as late as 4:30pm.
No experience required & all materials are included. Each camper will also receive a Wyndham Art sketchbook to take home!
Our Space
Camp takes place in our bright 3rd floor classroom space above Wyndham Art Supplies. (125 Wyndham St. N. Downtown Guelph)
Activities:
Bring some colour into your summer!
Campers will explore colour theory and learn how to make their own colour wheels and learn the basics of watercolour painting. They will make colourful creations such as marbled paper, paper stained "glass" and collage.
They will also be tye-dyeing their own clothing to make a colourful memento to take home! (Note: Please plan to provide a white /light-coloured article of clothing for this activity)
Off-Site Adventures!
Campers will be making daily off-site trips to visit the park or the river, weather permitting. We will also be visiting Ground Floor Arts (112 C Wyndham St N) for an interactive printmaking lesson.
What to Bring:
Dress for mess!
Please bring a labelled water bottle, two nut-free snacks and lunch, outdoor shoes to change into, and weather appropriate clothing, including sunscreen.
